Puzzle 2: Cipher Fillomino

Fillomino. Each clue is replaced with a letter, which stands for a number. Different letters represent different numbers, and the same number is represented by the same letter.

After the fails of the previous puzzle, this one should hopefully be much better. As in medium-hard really hard I really can’t decide, instead of trivial.

EDIT: Swapped R6C3 and R8C1. Now it should be the intended solution
